Dr Vijay introduced himself clearly and with a friendly smile as soon as I entered his room. This welcome put me at my ease. He was very compassionate and listened well to my ongoing symptoms. He took the time to look at all of the other medical issues that I’m concurrently dealing with, and he was able to approach the whole treatment with a holistic frame of mind. As a patient, this makes us feel very valued. Dr Vijay also asked about my coping mechanisms, and sleep patterns. He is clearly a very committed doctor who cares deeply about his patients. When he did an examination, he explained thoroughly what he was doing and was very informative with his findings. He spoke in user-friendly terms, and I very much felt that he made a huge effort to help me understand the medical terms and jargon being used. He gave me a good selection of treatment options, and then asked me to reflect on these. This was a particularly kind gesture. Dr Vijay has a pleasant manner and excellent communication skills. he made good eye contact and nodded in agreement when I was talking. Dr Vijay he is an excellent clinician who treats his patients with kindness and compassion. He was incredibly patient and took great measures and substantial time to explain treatment options and the biomechanics and processes of the body. He also talked through the importance of mental health and well-being. I left clinic feeling happy, and upbeat and listened to. Thank you so much Dr Vijay. Dr Vijay Santhanam is to be highly commended. He is a hardworking and conscientious doctor, with outstanding communication skills.

Mr. Santhanam was my surgeon at Ipswich Hospital for my double jaw surgery. In his field of specialisation, he is extremely knowledgeable. I was very transparent about the procedure and made all potential dangers known. Doctor Santhanam and his surgical team were courteous and inviting, treating me with respect and professionalism. During my appointments, Mr. put me at ease and reassured me about my approaching operation. Mr. Santhanam did an excellent job. I'm quite pleased with the result. I would strongly suggest him.
